Phase 1: Pre-construction Consultation
For most people, getting started on a renovation or build is a complete unknown. We hope that we can come alongside each client, no matter their degree of readiness. Some clients are in the early stages of thinking about a renovation. Other clients come to us after thinking about it for 10 years and already have the architectural plans. No matter the client, stage of thinking, or size of the renovation, we are eager to work with everyone.

Goal: Provide you with an actionable plan and budget estimates to move forward with confidence as a team.
Phase 2: Pre-construction
Now the fun begins! We believe a renovation project can only be accomplished with a healthy ecosystem of processes, vendors, skilled tradespeople, and tested systems. We’ve cultivated relationships with some of the best subcontractors and vendors in the Upstate to ensure your experience matches the quality of the end product. Your project manager will oversee every aspect of the project, and we invite each client to utilize our JobTread software, which will keep you updated on budgets, timelines, and any critical decisions still to be made.

Phase 3: Construction
In the Pre-construction phase, our team will provide designs that reflect your goals and vision. Our selections coordinator is heavily involved in this stage of the renovation to ensure that your fixtures and finishes budget is accurate and maintained throughout the construction phase. This turnkey approach, incorporating plans, selections management, and construction estimates, allows us to move efficiently through the reconstruction phase and ensures all aspects of your project are planned for.
Goal: To distill your vision into an efficient design and provide detailed budgets to begin your renovation.
Phase 4: Completion and Warranty
While each project has a “hand the keys over” moment, our commitment to you doesn’t stop there. All of our work carries a one-year warranty because of our membership in the HBA. Even after the construction phase is over, we remain a phone call away during the warranty period (and after!). We understand that a renovation is not just a transaction but a relationship, and we want each of our clients to be overjoyed at their new space the moment they move in and for years to come.
