Once we’ve gathered this information, we’ll start a dedicated project page that ensures all your information is well-documented to eliminate any potential confusion. 

When estimating a home repair, we understand that clarity and accuracy are most important. We empathize with urgent home repair needs and understand the desire to have your life back to normal as promptly as possible. 

We can typically turn around our estimates within 2-3 days, delivered in a highly detailed, line-item-by-line-item estimate via our project management app, JobTread. 

Rather than have a “take it or leave it” attitude, we welcome revisions and are willing to remove and alter the scope of the repairs based on budget once the client receives the estimate.

During the estimation process, we review the needs of your home repair and create a schedule that includes a potential start date and a multi-day schedule (if applicable). 

While most materials are readily available, some may need to be ordered custom (windows, flooring, doors, etc.). Once a quote is signed, we immediately confirm design details and materials and submit an order.
