Our Story

Our Start

Owners Choice was founded in 2017 by George Burdette and Ben Creasman with the vision of creating a construction company that was equally focused on the client’s experience as it was on the quality of work.

Since the beginning, Owners Choice has partnered with local realtors to provide comprehensive repairs and prepare houses for sale; the company has since grown to include almost any work you may need on your home, from small repairs to major home renovations. With George’s vision of blessing everyone they encountered, alongside Ben’s dedication to hard work and always doing the right thing, they built a company that organically grew to embody our core values of professionalism, excellence, and compassion.

Our Today

We have been recognized at the local, state, and national level for award-winning renovations and for creating a quality place to work, while growing to employ over 20 individuals. With each hire, we are intentional in our investment in them; not just in practical skills, responsibility, and dedication, but in who they are as a person, a friend, and a member of the community.  

When we talk about transforming lives, we believe this is an internal and external mission. So, while we desire to continually bless our clients, we care as deeply for our employees and the lives they transform through our business.

Our vision as a company is to invest in each client, both relationally and in their homes.
