Anything that is included in the original scope of work or documented as a Change Order.

Anything that was not included in the scope of work and was not tied directly to the workmanship outlined in the scope is not covered under warranty. This includes customer damage, water/storm damage, or work completed by other contractors before, during, or after the Owners Choice timeline.

Warranty FAQs
Warranty Statement:
At Owners Choice Construction, we’re proud of the work we do and want you to feel confident in the investment you’ve made in your home. That’s why we stand behind our workmanship for one year following the completion of your project. If an issue arises during that time that is directly related to our work, we’ll be happy to make it right at no additional cost to you.
For an issue to be covered, it must be related to work included in your approved project scope or in a documented change order.
Our warranty is intended to cover our workmanship and does not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, lack of maintenance, weather or storm damage, or issues with materials, fixtures, or equipment that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. It also does not cover work completed by other contractors before, during, or after the Owners Choice project.
