General manager

With a background in philosophy, nonprofits, and university presidency, David brought a unique perspective to Owners Choice when he joined as our General Manager at the beginning of 2026.

David's favorite part of any construction project is solving tough problems. He compares the process to hiking a mountain—the grit, resilience, and determination it takes to overcome obstacles make reaching the summit all the more rewarding. For him, the bigger the challenge, the greater the satisfaction.

When he's not leading team meetings, getting to know clients, or finding creative solutions, you'll likely find David trail running or hiking with his wife, KD, and their Boykin Spaniel, Hattie
